I can’t describe it much, other than they play it during the commercials for 17zulutones.com, apparently a service that lets you download your own ringtones. Anyway, it’s an alternating high-pitched, lower-pitched electronic sound. I’ve heard it a bunch, I just don’t know where it’s from.
