I doubt that he would look anything like that- first off, the picture is of a pudgy man. Mike is almost bone skinny. Secondly, nature treats people in different ways. I know identical twins who look nothing alike. That guy also has a huge nose- I might be mistaken, but Jacko never had a nose that fat and wide.
