Field of Dreams is on, and I just heard that line.
I have an image in my head of another film entirely, the lead (female - possibly Susan Sarrandon) hears something similar “If you build it blah blah blah” then builds a tower structure out of wood that is meant to help her mentally handicapped son.
Am I imagining things?
