Not just Jersey. I’m from southwestern PA, lived in southeast Virginia for the last twenty years, and I still needed that one spelled out for me to get.

Okay so, bob loblaw really doesn’t work if you read it with an English accent! After seeing the translation to = Blah blah blah I had to reconfigure my brain to an sort of drawling American accent I heard when I was working in US (a bad one imitation of it mind you) before it made sense.

O.K., now if it were blob loblaw I’d be prepared to accept it as “Blah Blah Blah”- I’d think it weak, I’d think it a stretch, but I’d accept it.
But nobody, with any kind of accent, is going to say “bob bloblaw” in such a way as it will sound reasonable like "“Blah Blah Blah”
And, please, tell me how “punoqllads” is supposed to rhyme with “spellbound”. 
By the way . . . that’s not bad coding on my part, as it might seem.
Flip it over and read it backwards and you’ll totally “get” it (but only if you’ve read The Bostonians translated into Igbo).

Forgot to mention re: bob loblaw, I always hear it in that garbled “teacher voice” from old Charlie Brown cartoons.
