Some folks are born to be tall, or knobby-kneed. Some people are born with grumpface. They can’t help it.

I dunno guys - if random people are approaching you and accusing you of giving dirty looks, or looking dour, and you work in a customer service capacity, and the people approaching you are customers, it think there is a problem, and only you can solve it.
If it’s co-workers, tell them to pound salt. However, as a customer, it does bother me if the employees of a store look like they’re glaring at me, even if that is their natural expression. Suffice it to say, it doesn’t make me want to spend $$.
