Thread titled “too old?” in MPSIMS, by Nanno – I posted a reply and since have been getting e-mailed (the one that goes to the originator) when there are more replies. I don’t know I’m getting Nanno’s, or if these are duplicates. It hasn’t done it for other threads I’ve replied to. BUT I LIKE IT! I think most of us like to revisit the ones we’ve replied to, and getting notified saves having to check on 'em.
I’m not sure if this is a bug or not, but glad you like it. 
We could be like Microsoft and consider it an “undocumented enhancement.” At no extra cost, I might add.
I suspect if you check the “email notification” box when you reply to something, it comes to you as well as the OP. (It appears to always be an option.) And it’s very easy to hit it by accident or in passing.
