Yes, someone else bout the domain TedCruzdotcom and put up a pro obama message. I am thoroughly anti republican but I’ve allways thought it was wrong that someone else could buy your name and make a webpage against you.

He didn’t have to buy somebody else’s name – he used his own name:

But sometime within the past year he ditched his law site to instead mock the would-be-president. On a simple black background, in large font, the website screamed: “COMING SOON, Presidential Candidate, I Luv CHRISTIE!!!” Attorney Cruz wouldn’t say anything to Mother Jones over email except to acknowledge that he has owned the domain for several years. But he deleted the section about loving Christie shortly thereafter. Given the initial message, though, it seems unlikely that the Arizona attorney will be easily persuaded to relinquish control of the domain to the senator.

As was pointed out repeatedly during Obama’s first run - no one. In fact, Arizona got shot down as a racist state when they tried to pass a law that someone had to prove their eligibility. If a 20 year old* wanted to run there is no mechanism in place at the state level to stop them. MAYBE the Vice-President could take over under the terms of the 25th Amendment as ineligibility means “that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office” and maybe a Representative and Senator could object to the electors voting for such a candidate but those are all after the election.

There have been cases of non-NBCs running on very minor third-party tickets and they have never been disqualified from running. The ineligible candidates all claim that the vice-president-elect would become President were they to be elected.

*Not correctable since they will not turn 35 during the term they were elected for.

That having been said, let me warmly encourage the Dems to spend as much energy as possible on this issue. Let’s see you really nail your colors to the mast on this one. Because the one thing you want to fix in the voters’ minds is that you can be just as batshit as the worst Republican around.
