I'm gonna have to pit all you butt-hurt snowflakes

They weren’t hard to find. Half the principled conservatives are never Trump and the other half swallowed really fucking hard and voted for him

IOW, you hate being stumped by facts.

Yes, that was a large part of it, it drove all the Kenyan secret Muslim crap.

But there were plenty of concerns (that you and I wouldn’t share) that were not made up out of whole cloth. A lot of the concern they had was that he was Democrat.

A lot of the concerns, reasonable or not, were amplified (IMO) by unconscious racism. I don’t think a white Democrat with identical policies would have attracted the same vitriol and passion in terms of the TP protests – but when a black Democrat did it, what would have otherwise just been worth complaining and grumbling about suddenly became a disaster that required immediate action.

No I didn’t notice anything about this during the primary and your article says that nothing came out during the primary. Can you cite to the Republican candidates accusing Trump of being a Manchurian candidate?

The article doesn’t name names, it doesn’t tell us which primary candidate pushed the opposition research on Trump’s Russian connection. It goes on to say that it might just have been some supporter of some other Republican candidate during the primary. So isn’t saying that the Republicans started the Trump/Russia conspiracy theory a bit like saying that the Obama birther stuff was started by the Hillary campaign?

Either way its unsubstantiated conspiracy theorizing atm.

In what way am I not taking criticism well?

I don’t recall any violent protests during either of Obama’s inaugurations. Why is that?

If we can look at how some police officers behave and indict the ethos of police culture, why can’t we look at how some on the left behave and blame the ethos of liberal culture?

See the word “most”

now go back and try reading it again.

The word “or” in the first sentence should read “for” The word “the” in the second sentence should read “them”

Sorry for the typos

There was very, very little violence on Friday. IIRC, there were very, very few protests (if any) against Obama in the 2009 inauguration – with very few protests, there’s much less chance that there will be any violent assholes among them.

The indictment of police culture isn’t about how a few officers behave, it’s how law enforcement as a whole has responded to criticism and challenge. In short, the blue wall ala Serpico is still strong – significantly stronger, apparently (at least in many or most PDs) than any desire to oppose the bad (racist, brutal, bullying, etc.) officers and bad policies and practices within.

Yes, the Republicans are racist and have been for a long time which is one of the reasons I am perplexed by everyone’s surprise in 2017 that Republicans are racist. IIRC people were blaming the Trump victory on racism as if it was something new to Presidential politics. Racists have been in the Republican corner for decades.

True, which kinda highlights how fucking ridiculous protesting an inauguration is. The peaceful transfer of power (especially to someone we disagree with so vehemently) is something to be tolerated if not celebrated even when we disagree with the new administration.

And its not like there weren’t right wing protests in DC regularly during the Obama presidency. I don’t recall very much violence at any of them. There were definitely assholes amongst those protesters and yet there was very little violence.

There were over 200 people arrested at the anti-Trump protests. It is likely that some of these arrestees are butthurt snowflakes.

I think you overstate the issue (how many cops do you know?) but yes police solidarity is a problem. Serpico was not about police solidarity so much as it was about police corruption, they were killing other cops.

Hey, imbecile, I’m enjoying the Trump presidency as much as the next guy. If nothing else, it’ll provide years, if not months, of amusement before the inevitable orange jackass implosion.

As to the rest, provide a cite that isn’t a lie for the ‘hundreds of thousasnds’ and we’ll have something to discuss. Until then, shut your whore mouth,** imbecile**.

Protesting is always okay, and there’s no event that should be exempt from protest (though certain kinds of protests, like if they are disrespectful at a funeral, are highly obnoxious at best). I think these protests were about Trump, his statements, and his policies, and not about a peaceful transfer of power.

I have little doubt that there might be a few more violent assholes among groups that skew younger and poorer than groups that skew older and wealthier. I don’t think is a revelation of any kind, nor does it tell us anything about the character or reasonableness of these protests, considering that the vast majority are non-violent.

Police solidarity (which is a problem when it reaches blue wall proportions, such that cops are influenced to not turn in or report on other cops even if they behave badly) is absolutely closely related to police corruption and police brutality – the latter cannot exist in any significant way without the former.

Trump said that he “will lock her up” **after the FBI already had said that indeed the idea of locking her up for that was imaginary. **

Ummm, sure.

Considering the absolute meltdown you’re currently suffering in multiple threads on multiple forums, I’m going to have to say you’re not nearly enjoying it as much as I am. In fact, you don’t seem to be enjoying it at all

Considering you just assumed everything to be “a lie”, how am I going to do that, as you’ll simply say “that’s a lie!”? And you’re not going to take me up on my offer?

A whore, you say? Dor your information, I don’t sleep around.

Anymore

It will be an egoplosion. Hopefully on national TV.

I’m just fed up with trying to reason with mental patients. Others are welcome to continue to try, bur for me, “Fuck off!” is about all the enthusiasm I can muster in response to the delusional poison Trump supporters spew everywhere.

What offer? To count March for Life attendees on youtube videos?.. :dubious:

Fuck off!

As I recall, somebody tried to shoot Jackson, but both of his pistols misfired (no doubt the bullets were afraid to approach him). Jackson had to be pulled off the would-be assassin so that he could be arrested alive.

Tell me, which side screamed “not my President!!!”, demanded recounts, sent death threats to members of the EC/pleaded with the EC to reverse the outcome of November 8th and have since been in a state of mourning while beating up/attacking people who dared to vote for Trump and destroying private property?

It’s not us Trump supporters.

The bottom line is that you really need to do a bit of self reflection. Y’all try to talk about me being a troll, but unlike the lot of you I’m a semi-gracious loser, and didn’t suffer a complete and utter mental breakdown after the 2012 election.

Counting is your word, not mine.
