I'm in the dvd from hell!

Maybe this is CS material, or maybe it should go in the Pit, but I’m SURE this is pointless, so here we go:
I got this nice package from down under in the mail today. The dvd of “Texas”. It’s true, folks-- I’m in a Russell Crowe movie. That outta mess up all my friends’ six degrees of Bacon game

It’s also by far the MOST complicated dvd I’ve ever had to navigate. It actually arrived with it’s own cheat sheet:

“Hint 10:
To access the 3 Odd Ft level, you must first unlock
the subtitles, access all the Texas Photos, and
Setlists, and watch all the 17 Odd Ft bonus videos (by
playing the Bonus Videos option) and playing the
Nowhere video. Then during the transition after
clicking on the Drill Deeper button on the 30 Odd Ft
page, press the “Enter” button for the Code Page. You
must then enter the code found in the credits of
‘TEXAS’ ( 3001 )”

GRARGH!

If anyone picks one up, I’m most easily found in chapter 11 of the main feature… Looking embarassed.

Neat. Were you an extra?

Did Russell lose his temper and beat anyone up while you were there?

Woah, a post of mine yanked back from oblivion!

It’s a documentary, a rockumentary (snort!) mostly filmed in Austin, TX. I was at one of the gigs his band played at Stubb’s BBQ. Great show, btw. The man has some SERIOUS stage presence.

So no, not an extra, as I didn’t get paid. That bit where I’m looking embarassed on camera, I’m watching the two women I went with gush about living on the Mexico/Texas border. Not the Mexico/US border, but Texas. Says a lot about Texas right there.

I was told that the next show featured Russell telling Ron Howard and company up on the balcony to shut up and watch the band-- does that count?
