The rumors of my death were only slightly exaggerated. I really did die, then I became a zombie. Being a zombie sucks (brains taste terrible for a start) so I built a time machine, and used it go back in time and make sure I never died. The resulting paradox exploded the universe, killing us all. Then the universe was reset from a save point right before the first time I died. This time I never died to begin with.
