I’m not supporting the practice, but to be accurate they are not telling you not to vote, they are saying ‘you don’t need to vote’, which is technically true. Though saying ‘your job is done’ is technically a lie.
The point is that the calls are obviously intended to mislead people into believing that their vote is not needed and won’t make a difference.

And here’s something interesting. In a post from back in February, someone identified that number as a robocaller for Scott Walker. 608-257-8029 / 6082578029
Another post from June 2nd, on another site, identifies the number as belonging to the Republican Party and describes a rude phone call made from it.
Here’s another claiming to have received a call from the Republican Party from that number.
