As far as I can tell, nobody reported the Mod for a violation of the TOS
Maybe the PMs were real. Maybe he sent them out drunk, then sobered up and realized with shock what he’s done. Then by sheer coincidence, it just happened to be April Fool’s Day, thereby giving him a ready excuse.
That’s what I choose to believe anyway.

I’m still getting people replying to the PM. One today, one yesterday, a few last week. Many still trickling in the last few weeks.
Not that I’m complaining, I just find it mildly amusing that I have to tell some that it was because of a prank done almost two months ago.
I guess sometimes it takes awhile to notice you have a PM. : p
