I'm so depressed.

Eutychus55: Allow me to say that even though we have not had a ton of personal interaction on this board, and I never see you on AIM, I think you are a totally cool guy, and I wish more people were like you.

I’m sure this doesn’t mean a lot, but it’s totally true.

I hope you feel better soon…

I lost a bet to Satan today over the Giants/Eagles game. The result? My new sig. :frowning:

Well, now I don’t feel so bad! (Sorry, Montfort)

Thank you Monfort for the explanation for that godawful sig.

Hi Euty Sweetie!
I’m fighting a miserable cold, damn infectious kids!
Sometimes I get that “depressed just because” too. It looks like there a quite a few of us! So, I guess, just keep the faith, we love you!

I’m kinda depressed too, Euty. I think a lot of it is the time of year–in the Northeast, everything is dying, and the bare trees are a reminder of our mortality. And at least around here, the leaves dropped early–the colors were sort of a bust this time. Once the leaves go, it’s an ugly season until the snow starts accumulating.

Nothing that you can’t post your way out of!

The weather, school, and boys have all contributed to the fact that I am typing this from my bed, which I plan to leave as little as possible for the next week. Except for tomorrow night, which, if my jackass “best” friend returns my call, might be fun.

I hope you’re feeling better today, Euty.
Try to get outside for a while, if you can. Or go through your collection of music, and find something upbeat that you haven’t heard for a long time.

…I always get this way around a seasonal change. So it’s not so upsetting when you think of it as a climatic thing. It just comes along and then goes. It’s connected to the solstice I think.

Like the pull of the full moon, some souls are more sensitive than others.

Don’t sweat the petty things, and don’t pet the sweaty things!

This too shall pass.

And look at that, now the suns shining from the midst of a grey and overcast sky. I might go rake some leaves.

I feel your pain fellow SDer’s.
