I’m just wondering who you were arguing with when you responded to my post, since I didn’t make the points you disputed.
I'm SO sick of hearing "Trump voters are not bad people...we need to empathize with them". FUCK THAT
You’re right! Posts with titles are more serious!
You asked a question in the form of a mild accusation , then I responded to your comment.
In the meantime life goes on…
The voices in his/her head?
I always wonder what the mindset of people like this is, if they’re serious. “Boy, I’m showing them! I’m just kicking ass left and right! They’re probably gathered in little whispering clusters right now, the men afraid, the women aroused, and all looking at me! Me! ME!”
Oh, that’s simple.
The Waco show is boring. Mind if I change the channel?
At least you don’t make snap judgments.
One thing is certain, I’ll take your comments more seriously from this point on.
Go ahead,Quickdraw.
(Fap fap fap fap)
Then what are you complaining about? Or was that just a form of mealy-mouthed “complaining” designed to give you an escape hatch of some kind?
“Obama is a racist!”
“No, he isn’t.”
“I never said he wasn’t!”
Grow a spine already.
You spend a lot of time telling people what you think they think. Maybe try asking them what they think, or listening when they tell you.
I find persuasive the assertion of James Burke on Connections that modern agribusiness operators (“farmers”) would be dead in the water without the support of the industrial superstructure. So they are no closer to “reality” than is a center city dweller.
“Ignoring” or, you know, disagreeing. (This is a prime example of what I was talking about, LHOD.)
But it’s a huge leap to assume nonvoters are entirely non-deplorable.
Just heard a guy call in to NPR saying he still thinks the 2008 election was rigged. You are deep into a racist bubble if you couldn’t perceive the palpable collective revulsion for Republicans that year.
Are you seriously debating yourself? Or were you logged into the wrong account when you made this post?
Ha, busted. One of his socks got lost in the tosh.
Very funny that the people supporting Trump are nothing like Mr, Gold Leaf metro himself. I doubt that he has ever mowed a lawn or picked up a hammer in his life.
I’ve lived urban, suburban, rural, and mountain rural. What ever floats your boat.
I’m voting for Hillary of course, as she is not a spoon fed born on third base ass that believes everything she wants should just fall in her lap. Hillary’s background shows that she cares about others.
Rural living makes you count on yourself. Trump counts on his law team and money to bully people into submission.
When he loses, and his ‘brand’ becomes ignored; his maids, bought women, and chauffeurs will abandon him. He will be a reasonably rich white guy that wonders why he can’t order everyone around.
There will no longer be anyone to order.
I suggest to Trump to put Amazon.com and MensWarehouse in his favorites list.
I would love for that to be true, but if you have enough money (and even if he is not really a billionaire, as I suspect, he has more than enough) you can always find people to order around.

We will see. He won’t release his tax records. That 757 is not cheap to be sure.
Unfortunately, there are many that will still stand by him. I suspect though, that the ones that can donate, will see his duplicity and turn away.
Those that love his racist, misogynist ideals will probably not have much to give to their failed emperor. They scare me. Had no idea there where so many.
1- Social Warriors. Most typically anti-abortion, they base their vote on one issue and will vote for Trump with the hope of getting Roe eventually overturned. I disagree with their beliefs and goals, but at least they’re being consistent. They will vote for a lying sociopathic sexual predator in hopes of eliminating what they perceive as a greater social evil.
And, yet, I was a part of this group. And I’ve been working for a while to deal with others that are in this group. I’ll admit progress is slow, but my mom is now pro-choice. And I actually know pro-choice people who are from my church.
Don’t get me wrong–they still hate abortion, but they are pro-choice. Just like they’re still anti-gay but are okay with gay marriage.
This is why I don’t buy that these people cannot be reasoned with. It just seems that way because you haven’t actually figured out what makes them tick. The abortion thing is easy–it’s a Christian thing. So all you have to do is appeal to other Christian virtues. Show that third option, of being anti-abortion but still pro-choice because you don’t want the government deciding whether there is sufficient reason (like health issues).
Plus, these people are already reluctantly voting for Trump, making excuse after excuse. So, while convincing them to vote for Clinton may be out of the question, I do think I’ve made some headway in getting them not to vote for Trump. I’m actually really hoping that Arkansas is off by a couple percentage points come November.
