I read a couple of those links. What they “love” is that women have access to abortion.

For example:

Unfortunately, there are many that will still stand by him. I suspect though, that the ones that can donate, will see his duplicity and turn away.

Those that love his racist, misogynist ideals will probably not have much to give to their failed emperor. They scare me. Had no idea there where so many.

Unfortunately I think this is a kind of myth also. I’m sure there are low income rednecks who like Trump, but the median income of the people who voted for him in the primary (which was, as he loves to point out, the greatest number of people supporting any Republican candidate in history) was something like $73,000 per year. So half of those millions of supporters make more than that. His true base is therefore not really trailer park type people, but rather rural and exurban middle-aged and older white dudes with decent incomes, who pine for the country to be for them the way it was for their fathers in the Mad Men days, when women and nonwhites knew their place, and white dudes could be blatantly sexist, slap the secretary’s ass, and tell off-color or racist jokes without anyone getting offended.

This is not exactly true though. If you go on sites like Daily Kos or Jezebel or feminist Twitter you will see people pushing back against this meme, saying they love their abortion. They are not exactly helping the cause, but it is what it is.

If you Google “I love abortion shirts” you will see many designs and sizes. There are also stickers, mugs, etc.

Here are examples of women pushing back against the “safe, legal and rare” formulation:
