In Busan, need deodorant!

Yes, I now know I should have brought more with me.

Yes, I know that ex-pats usually have deodorant sent from overseas.

Yes, I know it’s difficult to find. But I need it, right now! What’s the best way for me to get a hold of some?

I don’t care if it’s expensive, I just need one stupid little thing of it to get me by until my care pakage from my parents arrives.

Anyone know Busan well enough to help me find some? I’ve heard that the Body Shop might carry some, but I don’t know where that is. I know the subway system very well, so that’s the best way for me to get anywhere. Also, I don’t care if it happens to be ‘women’s deodorant’ – anything that does the job, eh?

I can bring you some, but it will be a couple of weeks. Anything else you need?

Holy. Fucking. Shit.

I found deodorant…

For 19,000 won!

That’s over $20 Canadian for a little roll on thing!

Well, at least I know, now… Lotte Department Store is the place to go, but it won’t be cheap.

This stuff bloody well better work.

I just want to say congratulations and that I think your thread title would be an excellent title for a book.

An odd idea, but it just might work:
Many hotels keep a stock of toiletries on hand, to give to forgetful guests. Things like toothbrushes, combs, and (to the point, here) deodorant. I see that there’s aMarriott in Busan. Maybe you could give them a try?
