The “Wally Tries Cybersex” thread was the very first thread I ever saw. I never laughed so hard in my life. Wally brought me into this board, and I will always be greatful to him.
I don’t post often but read almost daily. My fav Wally post is from many months ago, in a thread about sig lines. Much mundane discussion was posted, with Satan deciding to change his. Immediately following Satan, Wally posted that he’d just been waiting to change his sig too, and he signed it,

You know, I only just announced my engagement (to my girlfriend, the love of my life) on the Fathom message board only hours before we learned that Wally was in trouble.
That thread above has just been printed, and I expect to have the paper laminated. Those words from Wally had me howling with laughter, and just couldn’t be any more appropriate given that I’ll now be heading down that path. I only wish to be as happy as him in 30 years.
