You’ve seen the Jack head antenna balls, the hot dogs, the Mickey Mouses… well, look out for…
The In-N-Out Burger antenna thingy! It looks like one of their coke cups, with the little straw and everything, really cute!

We should expand the antenna object phenomon to include other goods and services. I myself would like to see what Roto-Rooter or Tampax might offer.
It has wings!
OK, I’ll bite: what’s an In-and-Out Burger? It came up on another thread, too. Is it some kind of Southern California thing?
Does it have something to do with (gasp) SEX?
It’s a local fast food chain.

In 1948, the first In-N-Out Burger was founded by Harry and Esther Snyder in Baldwin Park. Harry’s idea of a drive-thru hamburger stand where customers could order through a two-way speaker box was quite unique. In that era, it was common to see carhops serving those who wanted to order food from their car. Harry’s idea caught on and California’s first drive-thru hamburger stand was born.
Are styrofoam advertising balls for your car’s radio antenna back in style again? They were popular where I grew up (northwest Ohio) back in the late '60’s, but I haven’t seen them since then. It was clear then that their overuse defeated their purpose. The idea was you put one on your antenna and it would make it easier to find your car in a crowded parking lot. The problem was that when everyone did this, it was just as hard to find your car as before.

You should hope not. The name refers to getting in and out real fast. Not a popular practice with women. :o
