In Plutarch's Lives, what are the sections/paragraphs/chapters called?

Since today is the Ides of March, I like to quote Plutarch (since he predates Shakespeare)
The text is available here: http://www.gutenberg.org/files/14140/14140-0.txt

The Paragraph dealing with the ides is numbered LXIII. It is volume 3.
Do I cite that as Vol 3, Paragraph LXIII, III.LXIII or something else?

Thanks,
Brian

(This year folks ARE bewaring the Ides of March)

‘Volume 3’ is from the 19th century publication the Gutenberg version comes from. It has nothing to do with the text itself.

You can cite ‘Plutarch Caes. 63.’ - Plutarch, Life of Caesar, paragraph 63.

There’s a better translation here.

You may want to look at Suetonius and Appian too.

Thanks!

Brian
