Once again, I’ll be missing trivia. That’ll be 3 weeks in a row. Bad Saltire!
Before Thanksgiving, I was out of town. After Turkey Day, I’d just returned a few hours before the contest, and was too burned out to participate.
This time, today is the 50th anniversary of KCTS, so I’ll be at the station for a combination party and pledge night.
I’ll really try to be there next week.
Hmm. Unless Saltire is going, we’re going to be team Standing in a Corner. But what the heck, I’ve done it before.

I am not sick, but I do not plan on being there. I have a dentist’s appointment at 5:00. And not just a cleaning either - an extraction.

It was nice to attend the contest again. It certainly was better than having a tooth pulled.
We got 20 right, and Elvis won with 24 (out of 40). It was a difficult quiz.

I myself am feeling much better than I was last Tuesday. I no longer drool all over the place (I wipe my chin, now!). So I’m in for tomorrow. Das Glasperlenspiel was also making noises about showing up.
