Quite the contrary. It’s affirmation of our knowledge that “we” are serving the cause of fighting ignorance, while “you” are trying to spread it. The facts and reasoning supporting “us” are always amply provided, and it is not “our” fault that “you” simply reject them without providing anything comparable of your own.
Can I just say that the last time I saw a strawman this big they were burning Edward Woodward in it.
Who in the blue fuck is denying Clinton’s weaknesses?
Why, Jon Q. Liberal. Drives a Leaf, weak chin, hates freedom, loves Mumia?
I’m digging up old history here, but I remembered one of my favorite classic adaher moments: when he declared that Obama had somehow already failed to protect the United States from the scourge of Ebola ravaging our country. I’d like to remind him that Obama has now personally safeguarded our shores for 6 years, 163 days, and 8 minutes. Since adaher believed Obama was personally to blame if infection hit American citizens within our borders, I’m still waiting for adaher to proclaim Obama’s great personal success in dealing with this issue.
Or not, since adaher has long since moved onto the next bullshit recreational outrage he thinks might score points against liberals.
Ah, a house painter?
(…painting with a brush THAT wide, he’d have to be…)
Hey, Mister! Did you know your shoe is ringing…?
“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” -Edmund Burke
I note that in all of his strident defenses, adaher has yet to acknowledge that the Republican part, as demonstrated by the statements of many of its leadership, is still broadly supportive of anti-gay legislation.
They were obviously married.
It’s expected that one of the most pathetic punks (not to mention, probably the stupidest person on the SDMB) would try to defend the lame practice.
Punks are gonna be punkish.
No confirmation was needed, actually, but thanks for providing it.
Oh, like you in 2012! How much did you get paid to ride that sinking ship all the way down?
Predicting victory when it’s not going to happen isn’t the same as saying that a party’s strategy is just fine, then turning around and saying it’s shit the day after the election. Someone should call people out for that kind of water carrying.
Feel free – who did this in 2014?
Is it the same as saying a party’s strategy is just fine, then disappearing for three months after the election?
I suspect it’s the same group of imaginary people who are ignoring all of Hillary’s flaws that adaher mentioned earlier (and never bothered to identify despite being asked about them as well).
Now, to be fair, that makes some Serious Assumptions…
…on one end of Adaher, it’s all the way Down.
Yet on the other? It would have to be all the way Up…
Thanks for inspiring what I hope becomes a national motto:
The Republican Party: It’s Adahers All the Way Down
Not going to waste my time scrolling back up to find the quote.
adaher, posters try to figure out your home life because they’re trying to figure out where you came by your ignorance, so it can be corrected. Not knowing any gay people is a pretty good reason for not knowing how gay people in general tend to vote. It would explain why you think that same sex marriage is the end of the struggle, and that gay people will now be able to focus on economic issues.
And, as Ann Hedonia said, your salary does explain why you overestimate how much taxes actually hurt the rich. Because, for you, those taxes are a much bigger deal. But, you see, that’s why we liberals want to decrease your tax burden, and shift it to those for whom paying your taxes would cost them maybe 1 minute of work.
Both of mine are, and they hooked up with each other! cries
Well, both of my friends are gay, but they are imaginary. Do you think I might have…tendencies?
