It sounds like doody, which is toddler-speak for “poop”.

I was not aware of it sounding like cock as Spanish is my first language. I always read it the same as the “ch” in English words such as “church” and “march.”
I don’t know why though.
There is a tool that landscapers use to extract risers that have broken off inside a threaded “T” fitting.
Its called a “nipple extractor”.
I hate it when women come out while we are working and ask what the tool is called.
I once, completely innocently, told a bunch of my friends that I just been rear-ended in a taxi. Took a while to live that one down (and am reminded of it occasionally).

Actually, I was under the impression that “doody” was derived from “duty”. The euphemism that new moms used to use for “pooping” was that the baby had “done his/her duty”. So “duty” came to mean “poop”, and got creatively re-spelled “doody”, or (as Dave Barry used to use it) "“doot”.
But how you pronounced “duty” is really irrelevant. However you pronounce “duty”, the word for “poop” comes from it.
There’s no way that’s right. The word “Duty” in its sense of “work, undertakings or responsbilities which must be performed” sense has been around for centuries - “England Expects Every Man Will Do His Duty” being a classic and recognisable example from 1805.
Whilst people of that era were certainly fond of euphemisms and the like, that isn’t likely to have been one of them, at least from mums referring to their babies.
My understanding is the word “Duty” comes from Latin via Old French and I there’s no way mums in the Roman Empire referred to their babies “paying their dues” or “meeting their responsibilities” every time they filled their nappies.
Well, you clearly have to move to a part of the world where doing your duty is funnier.
