I have Insight @home for my cable modem service because they’re the only game in town as far as this sort of thing is concerned. However, I have had losses of service every night for the past three nights and intermittant losses at other times. I need to complain about this and hopefully get my bill adjusted (uh-huh, that’ll happen) but unfortunately they aren’t in my phone book, I can’t find them on Google, and I don’t have an old bill handy. Anyone else use these guys and have a number or email address for them?
They were originally AT&T @home, then changed briefly to Excite @home and now are Insight @home. I love the internet economy.
