Howdy All! Moooomm Aveno makes a good oatmeal bath concoction.
I actually left the house today and went to the beach. I met my niece and some of her friends there. the friends were playing ukeleles and a fiddle. It was wonderful lying on that beach under a coconut palm in partial shade listening to good music. It was warm but there’s always a little breeze at the beach. Plus I got some sun but not too much. Good day.
Dooggiioooo. Here’s hoping you can get some relief for the asthma. It’s miserable struggling to breathe. I know from experience.

The bad weather has cxl’d this morning’s activities so sleep-in occurred; however, hopefully the rain will move on in time to attend a baseball game later today.

After N.O.L. we’re headin’ up to the nursin’ home in large and in charge Dawson, Jawja to visit with JDD’s folks. 'Tis Father’s Day and Mr. Frank would not be pleased if’n we didn’t show up.
Speakin’ of N.O.L. everything except the rolls is cooked. After deheathenization I shall bake the rolls and warm everything else up. Go Me!
Ok, that’s all I got. I need more caffeine and rumbly tummy demands sustenance. Then purtification for deheatenization and ush duty shall commence.

Rainy dreary blurfage
I’d be glad to send you some sunshine, ma’am, it’s hot (94F last two days) and dry here.
Finished my soccer refereeing duties with no arguments or controversy, but a fairly decent sunburn on the back of my legs around the knees. Up at 0530 today (Happy Father’s Day all) and decided to treat myself to fresh Krispy Kreme donuts (we have a shop that produces them fresh) and Chocolate milk.
Probably should mow my yard this afternoon…but I’m going to try and talk myself out of it.
I had such a great day yesterday! I saw an outdoor show by the Sam Roberts Band (a band from here in Montreal who are fairly well-known in the area and whose music I love.) They played so many great songs! 
And after the show some of them met with their fans! I decided to take a picture with Sam Roberts. I took a picture with my own camera. Then Sam Roberts took my camera and got a better picture of the two of us. Haha, he’s better at working my camera than I am.
All in all, a great day!
They are both very good pictures. You do look impressed in both. 
Stop panicking - I’m here!! Better late than never, right? 
Much rainage occurred over night, and when we left for breakfast, we saw lots of sticks and branches down on the ground. I’ll be gathering them up in a bit. Also much itching of poison last night - despite taking 2 antihistamine tablets, I didn’t fall asleep till after 11, then I woke around 4. At that point, I took a cool, wet washcloth and rubbed down my arms and legs, removing any residual ointment and I went back to bed. I managed to mostly sleep till after 8 - yay for that!
On our way back from breakfast, we stopped at Food Lion so I could get more oatmeal - I’ll do another oatmeal bath later today. But first, after I do my morning on-line reading, I’m going to clean my yard tools then gather up sticks and such. Dunno how much I’ll get done before the heat gets to me, but we’ll see.
Evil weather guys are talking temps near 100° on Tuesday - a pox upon them!!! Summer sucks.
