Waitaminnit…

That’s What Friends Are For?

Well, I still don’t know FNF3, but I’m thinking FNF4 is: “Let’s Stay Together” by Al Green.

And right you are.

Hint for FNF3: Same era, closely related genre. Very famous song.

That was me…and unfortunately, I misunderstood the lyrics as “sun and earth”. :smack: :smack: But to be fair, I thought the second sentence was a gimme: “The relative statistical frequency of my reticence is high enough to suggest legal penalties for it are appropriate.” (of a shyness that is criminally vulgar) I myself, thinks that line kicks ass, even though “reticence” is not the exact same thing as “shyness.” So I call it a wash

Sturm-2:

Cake - Never There

OK, guess I was too difficult.

BJ2 was “A Country Boy Can Survive” by Hank Williams Jr.

BJ5 was “The Difficult Kind” by Sheryl Crow.

Now, to try some easier ones:

BJ6 - Unique, you believe you are unique, truly. I can detect it in your viewing orbs, I can see it when you become jovial in relation to me, gaze earthward at me, and tread upon me.

BJ7 - Each time that I stare into the reflective surface, all these creases in my visage gain clarity. History is no longer present, it passed like the nighttime period. Is that not the correct order of things, everyone has debts to discharge while living.

BJ8 - Ten years past, I never believed that I would be, one score and three years in age, on the cusp of death by instantaneous flame, pity me.

Skee05:

True Colors - Cyndi Lauper

SKEE05: Is that possibly True Colors by Cyndi Lauper?

SKEE06: Rock and Roll Never Forgets, by Bob Seger

Sorry, simultaneous post

Bingo, and bingo.

Yup, got it.

I think I’ve still got one left. Since it’s gone so long without even a guess, I’ll add to it a bit:
OS2: You are solely responsible for the events that have inspired me to take rest upon my patellas, while executing a common dog trick. Couldn’t you find it within yourself to bring peace to my aggrieved organ of wisdom?
I think I should have a few new ones later tonight/early tomorrow morning.
[sub]Oh, and sorry it took so long for me too get back to you on the last one, flight. I haven’t had a chance to check in for a while.[/sub]

Couple moderately easy ones, to get the game rolling again.
OS10: The two of you regard me, your locks of considerable length fluxing, instruments of vision not dead, gray matter even now expanding. In unison you inquire of me what our collective options are, now that you two have developed twin deposits of great affection for me, and in turn, I’ve developed great affection for each of you. I’m struggling to gain insight into the reasons that prevent us from evolving into a set of triplets.

OS11: The mentally insane one has positioned himself upon the millet.

OS12: Within the albino site with veils infused with the presence of all color, encased within the depot, metallic equine figures turn stalker to the lunar lines residing in your caliginous instruments of vision.

OS11 is “Brain Damage” by Pink Floyd.

Am I making mine too hard or something? I either have to give hints, give up the answers or hope for some one with musical tastes similar to mine.

Yes.

And to answer your question, nah, I don’t think…(the thread was going pretty slow for a while, so I figured I’d throw in a couple easy ones to get the ball rolling. Well…re-rolling). Although it’s probably a good idea in general to stick to at least moderately popular groups/songs.

Is OS2 something by Tom Petty? I keep thinking I can place it…

Ding ding! You win a golden bird. It may fly away though.

Dream On – Aerosmith

Incubus – Pardon Me

Layla – Derek and the Dominoes

The White Room – Cream
