Those are sample PMs. I assumed that there would also be non-travelling citizens of London as well as dual citizens and USA citizens starting in both locations. Maybe I’m wrong.
Actually, we ***must ***know who is where since voting can only occur during the Day and you can only gaol a player in your current location. Players not in the current Day location can have have an arrest warrent, but not gaoled until the show up in that location, but it hardly seems fair to not know who is actually eligible to be gaoled.

To make things easier, I have decided that the scum Night Kill doesn’t count as an action. In other words, anyone performing the Night Kill can do another Night Action in the same Night (e.g., Travel).
To be blunt: a single scum player can kill and use ‘some other power’ the same Night.
Explicit reasoning: Under no circumstances should you regard proof of Night Power use as evidence that a particular player did not kill.

Idly curious (not signing up): since people are arrested and not killed, can they be freed later in the game if new evidence comes to light? This would of course mean that you won’t know the Role of an arrestee until after the game finally ends.
I don’t see how that makes the NK unblockable.
If I understand sachertorte’s set-up correctly, the NK happens overNight. At Dawn, people who are traveling board their plane to the other location, arriving at local Dawn.

No. The only new thing is that performing the kill does not prevent the killer from performing another action.
If the player in question were blocked, both the kill and the ‘other action’ would be blocked.

So I assume there will be some torture involved to get all gaoled players to confess to their true citizenship? Or does part of the gaoling process include an examination of their “papers” to find out where their passport was issued? This could be set in Arizona with illegal Mexicans and Good Ol’ Boy Sheriffs too. Or the Godfather could be Obama and nobody really knows where he was born!
