Internet Explorer 6 - Address bar.

When starting to type a web address in the address bar a list of previous websites visited appears as options. How is it possible to delete this information. Clearing History and Temporary Files does not seem to do this. Any ideas peeps?:slight_smile:

Clearing History does it for me in IE 6…

Clearing history works for me in IE 6 as well.

BTW, in case you weren’t aware, the autocomplete feature can be turned off: Tools->Internet Options->Advanced->under “browsing”.

Click: Tools, Internet Options, Content, AutoComplete

Adjust your settings to your taste.

Click: OK, OK
