FCM you’ve got mail!
Once again, my kid is at work, so I don’t know what arrived yesterday or today. I’ll try to get some information posted as soon as I can.
Oh yeah - we’re up to 99! 
Not much of an update, I’m afraid, but she’s up to 37 postcards. I still haven’t gotten to see any - durn kid and her job! I’ll see what I can find out on Monday.

FCM, does she have any idea where they’re all coming from? Does she suspect you had something to do with it? Or is she really lost?!
Bear, according to my daughter, she has absolutely no idea who’s behind this. I haven’t seen her since this all started, but I don’t think she’s a particularly good actor, so if she knew, she probably couldn’t hide it. Plus her mom would rat her out, I think.
I’m still hoping to see some of the cards myself…
Would it be best to send multiples (from nearly-the-same-area) off all at once, or at different times? I’ve got three - one from my university, one from a local lake, and one from Nashville. I was going to mail one today, one next week and one the week after that… ? Unfortunately, they’ll all be postmarked from the same city.
lovelyluka, send what you want when you want. I know she’s received multiples from one person on the same day, but really, the only rule is to keep the secret. So it’s your call!
Thanks to a DopeFest on Saturday, a Ye Olde King’s Head postcard is in the outgoing mail this morning.

Okay, mine is going out tomorrow – it’s a picture of Ben Franklin with the little-known historic fact that he invented Spam.
How’s the avalanche coming?
We bought four postcards, we’re sending them out one at a time every few days.
I have begged my daughter to get me a look at the cards, but she seems to think going to work and going out with her friends is more important. The brat.
I can tell you that we’re up to 102 participants.
We’re leaving town tomorrow for the long weekend. While I’ve got my kid trapped in the car with me, we’ll work out a way for me to get to see what the poor victim has received. I will try my best to get a substantive report to younext week.
I meant to pick up a postcard while I was in Cleveland over the weekend and mail it from Pittsburgh, but that kinda fell through when I decided I’d rather go out drinking. So she’ll have to put up with a Pittsburgh postcard instead.
Mine is of a rather circuitous route. I found it ( it was a freebie) in London and I mailed it to her from Michigan. It’s a Dental Postcard that I really liked.
Not to worry, DoubleJ, I sent her a postcard of Cleveland’s lovely “Free” Stamp and advised her that she was free to eat as much Spam as she cared to, whenever she had the free time.
Gotta find another card.
Cards are on the way. I got one in Vancouver and left it to be mailed today, then got another here in Texas. Zyada wanted in, so she made one of her own, and those also went today.
Some people at work think I’m insane, some think it’s everybody on the SDMB, and some think this is a great game.
