If we happen to notice a thread that we suspect might deserve a moderator’s attention (i.e., one that sits in the wrong forum), is there a good way to suggest that he or she take a look?

I don’t mean to suggest anyone is slipping on the job or anything - just wondering if there is a best way to help out.

On a related point - is there any kind of FAQ list for this message board (that goes beyond the “Don’t be a jerk” message when you sign up)? I have lurked for a short time, and posted even less, and thus far have seen no sign of same.

Just send the mod(s) an email. Please include the forum and title, if you don’t put a link in the email.

We SHOULD have a FAQ, but most of the stuff is covered in “Don’t be a jerk”, I think. If you have specific questions, or suggestions, you’re in the right forum for them.
