I installed iOS 13 yesterday on my iPhone 8 Plus. It has been amazingly buggy, crashing apps and being non responsive. I was about to vent but then noticed there was an iOS 13.1 update. Ok, fine. But it’s running awful still.
Please don’t turn this into an Android vs IPhone debate, I’m not buying a new phone anytime soon.
have you gone to the app store and checked for app updates?

I updated to 13.1, it’s still buggy. Freezing up, crashing apps, and making it hard to send photos.
Yes im having issues. Text notification and email. Yesterday after work I thought it was odd that I hadnt gotten a single text message all day. I went into the app and found that was not the case. I had received a ton but didnt even get the little red bubble showing X number of unread.
I checked settings and it was set to receive notifications. Also, my alarm did not go off this morning although it was still set for 6:30am every weekday.
iOS 13 has been flawless for me so far. I’m updating to iOS 13.1.1 now (thanks for the heads up).
Oddly, out of the blue Facebook Messenger stopped notifying me a few weeks ago. I was hoping the OS update would fix that problem, but it hasn’t (yet).
