Anything to do with sexual relationships could possibly happen. This is not particularly strange.
I should add that while I do find it plausible, if some guy I just met in a bar started telling me things like that right out of the clear blue, I’d take it with a grain of salt.
If you want a little more background, they had been friends since childhood and both had pretty severe weight issues all their lives. When I met my girlfriend she had just lost a lot of weight but her friend just couldn’t seem to. They had a long history of commiserating about their unhappy lives and weight issues. When the girlfriend saw how unhappy her friend was she was just like “She’s lonely and sad and convinced she’ll die a virgin. It’s not gonna kill you, just do it to be nice.”
As far as her cheating on me, it would not shock me to find out that was true. The reason we broke up was because an older guy with a very good job and a lot of money who she had known through friends for some time began to take an interest in her after she lost the weight and she told me she wanted to have a relationship with him but keep me as well. I probably could have let it slide but my pride got the better of me and that was that.
So not some story of a stud who can’t keep the chicks off him, more the story of some lonely and all too flawed human beings faced with some not too happy circumstances. People have done far weirder stuff to try to make themselves and each other feel better.
It’s possible that the girlfriend really said those things, for whatever reason. But I’m having a really hard time imagining a girl who really wants to suck a dick and can’t find any guy who will let her.
I can believe it. In my younger days I had a boyfriend propose something similar.
I voted believable in the sense I feel it would be an unusual situation but a possible one.
This could have just been her way of introducing some kinkiness into their sex life.
I’m sure if she asked a bunch of guys she’d get a lot of “yes” answers but she was self conscious and she didn’t feel a lot of self worth and she wasn’t the type of person who would be that forward.
I kind of figured that, and I have a friend who didn’t lose her virginity or even date until she was 20 for similar reasons (then once she did, and saw that there were guys who would like her, she did fine from then on), but she sure wasn’t wanting to suck my boyfriend’s dick either. The less bizarre-sounding thing would have been for your girlfriend and her friend to want you to find one of your friends to punch her card.

I dunno, man. The last guy I dated, we dated for 3 months. He never kissed me, we never had sex, but we hugged and made out (clothes on). He later claimed I was “too maternal”, whatever that means. It’s not like I changed his diaper or spanked him or anything. 
This hypothetical girlfriend’s friend could be giving off a vibe that the guys she’s encountered so far don’t find attractive. She could be overly clingy. She could be psycho. Maybe she’s “too maternal”. God only knows.
Or saying this “friend” wants a three-way could be an out for the girlfriend. Sort of, “I wouldn’t even *suggest *something so kinky, but my friend is kinda interested…” 
It’s possible, but sounds more like someone’s fantasy. The only question is whose, the girlfriend, her friend, or the OP himself?
Maybe she was just trying to be a Cool Girlfriend. Us women often try to be that in our twenties. I can believe the offer was made. I’m not sure if it was 100% sincere, or what would have happened if it had been taken up on.
The statement was rather crude (‘Let her suck my dick’) but totally believable. I was passed off to a friend (sexually) by a woman I was sort of seeing (sexually.) Sounds great, and it was, but it was also kind of creepy too.
Based on some of the people I know,
totally believable.
If true, it could also have been kind of an ego-trip for the girlfriend. “Here, have some crumbs from my table, you poor thing.”

Eh, I’ve had things happen to me that I’ve never told people for the believable reason, so I think it certainly could happen. There’s a lot of people out there, some things are bound to play out all sorts of ways.
I don’t buy it. Friend feels bad because “no one will touch her” so to solve the problem GF says “Well you can suck off my BF.” Um, I don’t think that’s addressing the issue.
It’s plausible in the sense that “if you can imagine it, someone’s probably done it.”
But it’s never happened to me or (I’d bet) anyone I’ve ever met.
I have been around long enough to learn that there are things that I would consider unimaginable for myself that someone has done. Don’t be fooled into thinking that just because nobody you know would ever do something, that nobody in the world would it.
