Is it possible to change usernames on the SDMB?

Yeah, I had this same question. I had sometimes thought about changing mine, especially since mine was just a random noun thing I selected on the spur of the moment when picking a username.

For name changes:
For the name change email, please include the name you want it changed to. It will be verified that the name is available.

For titles:

Please enter your current title and what you want the new title to be as a post in this thread. The basic rule for Custom Titles are that they are supposed to be fun, so nothing offensive. You can’t use something that is already a title of some sort in the system (Moderator, Admin, Charter Member, etc). Self-deprecating titles are Ok, but you can’t insult someone else.
