I's Needs a Fixin'

Diagnose my condition.

Friday night:

Had a couple of girlfriends over, just hung around talking B.S. Drank one or two glasses of wine. No big deal.

Saturday morning:

Got up early, mowed the yard, went to the grocery store.

Saturday afternoon-evening:

Went to the Supercross motorcycle races. Very cool. Felt like Redneck Heaven. Not very cool. Had one beer. Bud. Cold.

Sunday morning:

Slept in a little bit. Did laundry. Planted flowers. Sprayed cherry and apple trees with pesticide and the grass with weed and feed. The bottle said not to spray when the wind is blowing and not to breath the mist. There was a slight breeze and more than a few times I got a good huff of the spray. BIG huffs. Cleaned out the ferret cage, the cat litter, then made supper. Yes, I washed my hands very good before supper and no, poop was not a menu ingredient.

Today I feel like shit and I keep getting this strange urge to roll on my back, fling around, and kick my legs in the air.

So.

Did I poison myself with toxic fumes?
Is the shit I’m feeling related to cat or ferret poop?
Did I catch redneck fever?
Do I need to take cooking lessons?
Did I breath too much dirt at the races?
Am I allergic to laundry?
Did my friends lace my wine with arsenic?
Do I just need a good roll in the hay?

I’d say a good roll in the hay is in order, how high in the air and how long can ya keep em there?

It really sounds like an alergic reaction… a simple antihystamine should do the trick. But it could be a combination of all the factors… the alcohol, even in minor doses, can play havoc with your baody… but that is doubtful. It’s more likely a combination of spring time allergies, the dirt (that stuff plays havoc with my lungs), the toxins (however that really should only be harmful to plants), and the poop… the most likely canidate if it is something besides allergies… good old E. coli. But you did inhale alot of dust at the race and with the litter… the plant stuff probally didn’t help.

My advice would be to get some fresh air and some benadryl in you. As for the red neck feever, go out on a levy somewhere and pop Skynard in and breath in the freash air. As for the roll in the hay, go out somewhere, pop Skynard in and make love under the stars.

Just the advice of a biochemist…
