In general, do the British public believe that the Prince William-Kate Middleton marriage is a real marriage or do they know that it is really a sham marriage perpetrated in order continue the royal line of succession? William’s father, Prince Charles, famously once said that, “I will not be the first Prince of Wales in history not to have a mistress” when he was married to Dianne and banging Camilla. Unless we believe that William chooses to be the first POW in history not to have a mistress, and looking at the history of England that’s not likely, then we know his marriage is a scam too, so I think the Brits must have figured this out too. no?:smack::smack::smack::smack:

They’ve been together since they were young undergraduates, and lived together for years before their marriage. Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer on the other hand…
Unless you accidentally clicked “Submit” after typing only the first half of your statement, then you wrote nothing that supports your claim.

It is a well-known fact that Kate is only seen in public at photo ops. The rest of the time I keep her in my basement.
If Charles said that, he was incorrect. King George V (Prince of Wales from 1901 to 1910) is not believed to have had a mistress.
“It continues the royal line of succession, or else it gets the hose again!”

Incest. Thanks for the head’s up, Suicide. I never would have suspected.
Because real marriages never produce children?
That depends on whether it’s a legitimate marriage.
folks, get real…the queen of england and prince philip sleep in separate bedrooms
I read the above bolded Prince Charles quote, several times over, thinking “Even for a guy who has a history of coming out with strange things – that’s highly convoluted.” A bit of Googling led me to a more understandable and, I suspect, more accurate version: “Do you seriously expect me to be the first Prince of Wales in history not to have a mistress?”
Charles’s words might be interpreted as not contradicting the belief about George V’s virtuous conduct: i.e. with the sense “You can’t hold the notion that I’m the first POW in history not to have a mistress – because I’m not. Great-Grandad didn’t have one, so yah boo sucks…” (Admittedly, a bit of a stretch.)
Well, yeah. They’re not poor people. (Seriously, the idea that every couple should literally sleep together every day no matter their ability to do otherwise is fairly recent.)
Please do share with us your theories on who you think the 88-year-old Queen and 93-year-old Prince Consort are boning on the side, such that their sleeping in separate rooms would mean anything.
Or better yet, don’t.
(Oh, and for the record, Elizabeth and Philip have known each other since she was 8 years old and became romantically involved eight years before they married.)
Ignore the Troll
It’s a little-known fact that Prince William is gay and Kate Middleton a post-op transgender. I read it on the Internet, so it must be true.
However, the rumor that Prince George is actually the child of a low-income couple that Wills and Kate had kidnapped, set loose in the wilds of Balmoral, and then hunted for sport is completely untrue.
They were actually fairly middle-class.
One plus thing that I don’t think should go unremarked is that the OP has made much better use of capitalisation and punctuation. Every cloud has a silver lining.
