It looks like Fighting Al isn’t doing too well in the courts these days - especially today with the USSC and Judge Saul ruling against him.
How much farther can he go with this? What else can he do before he starts getting wierd about it?
The Seminole County case not withstanding, isn’t it pretty much all over, except for the inevitable appeals - the process of which will run out the clock?
and that has always been understood. The Leon County case was going to go to the FSC whether Gore took it there or Bush. So it ain’t over til the FSC says its over.
But I would be pretty shocked if they overturned the Leon judge.
