Is the SDMB mentioned in Cecil's columns in the paper?

or at least the straightdope.com website? I’ve never seen Cecil in the papers, just in books. (the last book, mentioning the message board, led me here!!)

I don’t think so. My local alternative weekly doesn’t have it, but I’ve seen it in other newspapers when I travelled and I don’t remember any mention of the message board.

The Portland Phoenix has this boilerplate at the bottom of every column

I don’t know about that rag though. They spelled my name with a fucking capital B, for God’s sake.

Can a noise be loud enough to kill you?

It sometimes is mentioned as the source of a question.

<< … a fucking capital B, for God’s sake. >>

Dear Cecil,
Do upper case letters hae sex? Do they call out “for God’s sake” when they have orgasm? Does this add new meaning to the term “the big O”? If a capital P gets a lowercase b pregnant, does that produce an uppercase B?

Sincerely,
Your friend

Also, Cecil specifically mentions the SDMD in the text of this column (Can some people have orgasms without genital stimulation? 05-May-2000), noting that,
