It looks like we may need to step up recruiting efforts in Delaware and North Dakota so there isn’t a single point of failure if someone moves or leaves us.

I have contacted my bff from high school who lives in Wilmington (DE) with her husband and three daughters. I have told her it is an emergency that she come here and sign up, lest Delaware cease to exist (or wallow endlessly in ignorance, which is worse)!
Everyone I know in NoDak is an oilfield transient, so they don’t count. Someone else will have to step up to the plate with the recruiting efforts there.
