I believe it,

(a) because I’ve heard far, far worse from direct media contacts in Manchester (even people working for Man U)

(b) because it’s very believable, when looked at in the light of famous-footballer/sportsmen infidelity rates, and the pressure any young man would be under with gorgeous young women throwing themselves at him left right and centre (again, I have had former colleagues who attended football parties and have witnessed to the pressure these guys are under)

Hadn’t heard the rumour, read it in this thread, don’t even remotely care, no opinion on whether it’s true or not.

Except that the thought “Posh Spice is back on the market!” should strike terror into the hearts of single males everywhere …
