If I have something in my calendar and want to copy it to my boss’s calendar, which I have writable rights to, is there a way to do it without just making a new appointment? I don’t want to ‘invite’ us all to the appointment, because I am actually not at the meeting and am just putting it in my own calendar as a reminder. Can’t I somehow copy the whole event and transfer it over?
“Save as” a .ics format file. On your boss’s computer “Open”, “Calendar”, select the item you saved, then save the item. It will now be in his calendar.
