I’d expect that from old people online.
I’m gunna tell the cops that my neighbors are literring all the fucking time and they need to fine them for that. It’ll be a lot of money for the county and police, i’ll just say that.
Either that, or i’m just gunna start walking more and when i see them litter i’m gunna ask them nicely to not do it. If they act like assholes, well, it’s a fight.

Become a videogilante. Get video of them doing it. Accumulate enough evidence, and give it to the police, or to some city or county pollution control authority. Best if the video contains clear evidence of the identity of the perps. Car license plate numbers would be good.
You can even do all of this anonymously. Burn the evidence to a disk and mail it in.

Are they dumping trash on your property or public property? Call the non-emergency police number or county code enforcement, video them doing it and email it to the county.
