I’m 41 and wear a 36 C bra. I’ve been sleeping in my bra lately out of sheer laziness and have found that it’s not uncomfortable. Is there any advantage at this point?
I’m 40DD and 43 and have been wearing my bra to bed since I got the chest at about 11 years old. At this point, it feels weird *not *to, and have the girls hanging loose everywhere. My mother told me that I should always wear my bra as it was pretty obvious I was going to be full-busted. I really don’t think wearing the bra to bed has done anything to combat gravity. At this point, it’s just more comfortable to have things under control than not.
I think we need pictures in order to make an informed decision.
Yes indeed we do.
With bra and without in order that “sagability” can be properly judged and commented on
Wow, I can’t wait to get my bra off when I get home from work, I can’t imagine wanting to sleep in the damn thing as well!
Are you male or female?
Well, if there’s a fire in the middle of the night, it’s one less step, right?
I imagine disadvantages only occur when you have a lover who is incapable of removing your bra without breaking it.
Sagging is a result of the loss of muscle tone in your pectorals as you age. Sleeping with a bra on won’t make any difference.
This is a WAG but I would bet your bras last longer if you take them off at night. But if you don’t really subscribe to the notion that bras have a lifespan then it’s not such a concern.
Um, I’m pretty sure that’s not the only reason…
though I agree with you (about sleeping in a bra not making any difference).
Exactly. And what’s with all those women in movies, who keep their bras on during sex??
I have insufficient data to let me draw a meaningful conclusion, having never to this date slept in Hazle Weatherfield’s bra.
