Is there anyone else out there who isn't interested in the Super Bowl?

I actually missed that altogether!

I don’t get how someone can be proud to not like something. Not everything is aimed at you.

Not only am I not interested in the Super Bowl, I’m not interested in any sport, period. Playing or watching. Unless you count WWE as a sport, which I don’t.

I’m not generally interested in professional sportsball, but one of my roommates is. I have to ask him for game results whenever we’re playing something important, so I know whether the 1-2 regulation drunks on my bus home (city ordinance, I think) will be happy or sad.

I live in Boston, but I didn’t actually know who was playing until I was told of some of the more entertaining wagers that were made on the game, like the Seattle Art Museum and the MFA betting rights to a three-month exhibition of priceless art, or Chris Evans and Chris Pratt betting costumed superhero charity visits to children’s hospitals in their respective home cities. (The main reason I think Chris Evans isn’t secretly Captain America for real is that no native New Yorker would ever get on Twitter and cheer for the Patriots. :smiley: ) I presume my downstairs neighbors were watching the game, but I honestly couldn’t tell whether the screaming noises were from joy or deep, personal pain. Could be either. Or some sort of brutal Satanic ritual involving human sacrifice, I guess, but I don’t think the nearby grocery store would put chips and dip on sale for that.

Aren’t you kind of doing that in this thread? Also, if universities let bakers rape at will the way the big football schools let their players, you’d probably see a cake backlash.

Chokeulate cake, tool of rape. Coming to a bakery near you.

Coco-Bean Sugar-Bread? :slight_smile:
<ducks and runs>

Remember when Penn State rioted because they fired their child-rape enabling bakery cheff?

I don’t see it.

I’m still trying to figure out why someone would not be interested in their supper bowl.

Like worshiping Jesus or getting fucked?

Not at all interested in football, baseball, basketball. Have went to a few high school football games, they are as much as social event as a game.

If I am going to watch sports on TV it would be various types of racing that don’t have oval tracks, like rally racing, dirt bike races with interesting courses (like one in a quarry in Europe), and Formula 1.

I was watching cyclocross racing a few days ago. I really enjoyed watching that.
