Two schools of thought at work here. If you can’t tell, its probably best to just move on. But then again, if you can’t tell, what diff does it make? 
The breasts are far too soft to be from implants and while you can get some incredible growth from hormones, they usually look more…pubescent than that. Stomach and hips are very feminine. Neck is quite slender and her shoulders are narrow, too. Her face would probably look more girlish if she was wearing more standard makeup.
She’s rather tasty, in fact.
