Thank you, everyone, for this wonderful award. I’ve tried hard over the years, putting in long, grueling hours, routinely posting at 4:00 in the morning and beyond, dealing with all manner of weirdos, nutjobs, and morons, while interacting with people who possess intelligence levels ranging from sheer genius to subhuman… but it wasn’t until now, after close to 5,000 posts and more than a year of posting, that I finally got my own little pet.
Take a bow, Yozz! Ain’t he cute, folks? Like a hairless Wookiee dwarf!
So, it is with bursting pride and loose sphincter that I accept this award, this wonderful trophy, emblazoned with my likeness and the signatures of all the Great Troll-slaying Regs to come before me. I cannot even begin to express how much this has been an honor to me… it brings tears to my eyes!
I really must thank some of my prime influences… Coldfire, Czarcasm, Tomndebb, Techchick… but, above all else, I give the most powerful thanks to our dear friend Wally, who gave me the title of “Spoofer”, who applauded my “biting sense of humor”… and who I am convinced is still fighting ignorance from on high.

Here’s a general question: what’s a “pheonix”? I’ve heard of a “phoenix” before, but… well, maybe it’s a new model of car. The Chevy Pheonix. Man, I shoulda been in advertising.
