According to this expert, yes.
ick ick ick ick ick
I’m not attracted to men who are overly muscular, and this is downright freakish. ick
He admits he uses steroids. Check out the link to “Last Pictures of me natural” and read the text. Some of those photos made me feel phsycially sick - truly gross.
No, but then I’m probably not the one to ask. I think body builders are just as unnatural looking and unnattractive as fat men are. Lean, firm, and trim is one thing - body building is another. I think it’s grotesque no matter to what degree you take it. Blech. But that’s just MHO.
I’ve lost my appetite.
This is just gross.
Ew. He just looks deformed.
  I’ll put in my vote for NO WAY. Gag That is not something to be fancied.
For those who are interested, here’s an interview with Greg. He seems like a nice guy who really wants big arms.
Sick…
Wtf is this? Looks like a badly done photoshop.

As somone else said, anything to an extreme can be unhealthy, and I really have to wonder about these guys body image.
I saw him on Last Call a couple of weeks ago. Besides his arms being bigger than his head, the guy’s really short. Not in the your-massive-arms-make-you-look-short sort of way, either - he was standing by Carson and the other guests and he’s actually short. If he didn’t have arms the size of tires, he’d probably be considered a small person.
I bet he got beat up in elementary school and developed a complex. Yup.
