That’s absolutely disgusting.
I have to wonder, is it just the parents who are like this, or does the up and coming generation share these views too? It’s one thing if their kids are rolling their eyes and making fun of that kind of racist behavior on Tik Tok, and quite another if they’re nodding along.
Wow, that’s insane.
Seems very gender split. Almost all the BLM protesters at the middle and high schools were female, and the entire “No Place for Hate” group at the high school this year is female.
Meanwhile the boys have form for painting swastikas, using racist taunts in football and basketball and using homophobic slurs like it’s 1977. Being progressive is seen to be a sign of weakness and is going to get you labeled “beta” which is about the worst insult going, apparently.
And this is not some blue collar, working class town. Median household income is over $150k, median home value over $1M and high school ranked in the top 5% in the state.
Girls tend to be more mature than boys at those ages. One can hope that’s all it is, and nothing more sinister.
I too hope these boys grow up. Otherwise, I see a lot of frustrated Incels in the future, as few woman will have anything to do with them.
