Not seeing it on TV - is it later or did the networks decide not to cover it?
The Guardian is reporting that Pelosi rejected the deal he was planning to propose before he got to announce it. Nothing new in it.

Wow.
Somebody needs to put together a gif of Charlie Brown trying to kick a football with Pelosi’s head superimposed on Lucy and Trump on Charlie Brown.
ABC, CBS, Fox, and NBC kept running their regular programming, leaving the live coverage to the cable news networks.
The words were virtually interchangeable with his speech last week. The gist of the proposal was, “Give me the money for the wall, and I’ll give the Dreamers three more years without throwing them out.”
And Ann Coulter rejected the deal immediately after he announced it.
I figured the networks didn’t cover it because there wasn’t going to be any actual news.
Looks like someone’s flabby white ass is in a giant crack.

Well if she’s against it then you know he’ll change his word at the last minute.(As if he had proposed a viable plan in the first place,) Maybe next time she and Trump can get together beforehand, and she can tell him what to do without all the hubub.
For some reason I’m reminded of a trope that was making the rounds in the late '60s and early '70s. The gist was that if you were drowning 100 feet from shore, Nixon would throw you a 60-foot rope — then Kissinger would go on national television and claim that Nixon had tried to meet you more than halfway.
