There’s not a lack of violent left wingers - they certainly exist, and “crazy” is pretty much non-partisan. It’s just that, at the moment, right-wing violence is far, far more prevalent.

Not much there, really. Officers executed a warrant for those threats and found explosives + guns & ammo while on his property. Bomb squad was called in from some 25 miles away.
Antifa recently had a ‘day of rage’ in Atlanta that cost millions in property damage and at least one police car was firebombed. Does that count as violence?
The day of rage was in solidarity with another Antifa member who shot a cop, then was killed by return fire during another violent protest to stop the construction of a police training facility.

Seven people charged with domestic terrorism. Nothing to see here. Antifa doesn’t exist, even though everyone was dressed nearly identically in black, and four of the people charged were from out of state and traveled there to commit violence.
For a definition of ‘informed’ being, “we gave you our opinion”, I disagreed. The notion that Antifa isn’t a thing is ridiculous. No, they don’t have a head office or a national leader. That’s not how such groups operate. They are intentionally set up as local cells and distributed groups to prevent a single point of attack and to enhance security.
Sure, an article that didn’t once mention “antifa”. I know that you know you have absolutely no empirical proof, whatsoever, that the perps were “antifa”, or even on the left, so, to reitrerate, then, everyone’s entreaties for you to stop trolling.

Pick any interval you want. If you want to go back farther, fine. We can talk about the George Floyd riots, the ‘Autonomous zones’ set up in Portland and elsewhere complete with plenty of violence. We can talk about the firebombing of a police station full of people and a courthouse, and the storming of a state capitol.
Someone should tell those people Antifa doesn’t exist, because they are waving flags belonging to a nonexistant entity, apparently.
If you want to go farther, we can talk about the violent riots at the G20 and other left wing violence going back to the Weather Underground, the Black Liberation Army and the Black Panthers. Here in Canada we have left-wing terrorists derailing trains and spiking trees.

Personally, I have never claimed that there’s no leftist political violence. But for you, or any other conservative news-spinner, to try to pretend that its recent irruptions are somehow independent of, or comparable to, the growing trend of right-wing domestic terrorism is despicable.
