Yes. By 1930 most of them were executed. By 1950, antisemitism returned to Russia but not nearly to the degree it was before the Revolution of 1917.
I suppose this counts as an opinion. Jews are not a race of people so nothing against them is “racist.” Semites are the closest one could adopt to qualify them as a distinct race. Unfortunately, anyone who remembers his/her high school history knows that semitic people are not exclusively Jewish.

Namely that Israel will attack and destroy western European nations if any of them become sufficiently anti-Jewish (to avoid using any of the terms **the_diego **seems to insist on misunderstanding).
An alternative interpretation is that if Israel believes they are in danger of decisively losing a war with their Arab neighbors and is danger of being overrun, they will attack Europe as a final act.
The charitable interpretation of that plan being that Israel intends to thereby incentivize the Europeans to act earlier to prevent Israel being overrun. The uncharitable interpretation is Israel simply intend to ensure they don’t go out alone and to ensure the final body count in the battle of Jews vs. Gentiles across all history comes out with more dead Gentiles than Jews.
I personally take no position on whether Operation Samson is real or the product of anti-Israel / anti-Jewish propagandists.
Back in my military days I had suggested to my co-workers that maybe the US had done something similar with the various Arab / Islamic states. Namely assuring them that their capitals would be promptly destroyed if an Islamic terrorist nuke went off in the US or on a US base overseas. Again with the intent to motivate them and their clandestine services to keep the threat under control rather than to clandestinely egg it on.
Whether my idea was just a then-jingoistic junior officer sowing geo-political oats or was coincidentally an example of the extreme cynicism and anti-civilization that secretly pervades the halls of great power is totally unknown by me. And probably totally unknowable by anyone not in the innermost of inner circles.

It’s supposed to be an improvement over the Masada Strategy. Also consider intervening events like the holocaust:
Masada - a lot of them died rather than be captured
Holocaust - a lot of them were captured and killed

No one knows exactly what the policy is, but presumably it would be to nuke all the countries that attacked them. Nuking Europe to try to get them to act in Israel’s interest would be the kind of thing the Palestinians do.
