Well not branding perhaps but it’s summer here and all the young girls are getting around in skimpy outfits. Sometimes you see a great set of legs in front of you and if they are not below a school uniform you start staring. But then she turns around to say something to a friend and you realize she is only 16 and you feel like a dirty old man.
So make them wear an anklet or something to tell us they are forbidden fruit for our lecherous old eyes.
I don’t understand the guilt. There’s not exactly a world of difference between girls in their mid-teens & mid-twenties from a physical standpoint. When you see a hot girl you think “Oh man, she’s hot!” And then you move on. It’s not like you’re staking out the local high school trying to score dates.

One time when I was about 14 I wandered in the house and my mom demanded to see what I was wearing - it was summer and I had on cut offs, flip flops and a tank top. Pretty standard teenager-not-in-school-gear.
She laughed quite a bit and then explaned that my dad had come into the house in a flap. Apparently he’d been driving home checking out these two hotties walking down the sidewalk, appreciating their wares. He got ahead of them and was checking out the front view and one of them was me. 
He stormed in the house and demanded that my mom talk to me about my tarty outfits.

My 16 y.o. daughter is a bit of a prude, clothing-wise (just like her Mom). Thank Og (or the FSM) for small favors.
But yeah, this happens very often. But as I can only look but not touch or even approach, I just enjoy the aesthetics and wish I were back in HS.

I was at a bus stop last summer, and saw a couple of attractive women. Then they started speaking, and it was all catty high-school putdowns, and I wanted to claw my way through the wall of the bus shelter. Any desire vanished instantly.

IMNSHO, a 28 y.o. chasing an 18 y.o., I would consider inappropriate; at 38 years old, highly inappropriate. Moving the younger age down to 15 to 16 years old makes either of the older ages extraordinarily inappropriate. Moving it down to 12-14, now you are in pervert territory.
As the father of a 16 y.o. girl, older men leering at my daughter would be reason to break out the shotgun (well, to first get a gun license, train in the use of a shotgun, buy a shotgun, then get it out, but you know what I meant).

I’ve made peace with my inner lech. I mean, when I was 16, almost 20 years ago, did the girls look like they do now? Hell, no! It seems like the breasts are bigger (my wife thinks it’s the hormones in certain foods), and they DEFINITELY dress skimpier. Let’s be honest - if a 16-year-old girl dresses in a fuck-me outfit, I’m gonna look, period. I doubt if someone is forcing her to dress that way, so she’s inviting the looks. Don’t show me your tits, then say, “What ya lookin’ at?”

What’s with the whole “trying to show more skin” movement anyway? I’ve noticed over the years women’s clothing just gets skimpier and skimpier. And the fact that the clothing becomes the only thing available girls have to wear it. Girls like to show skin… I think because of this it reflects really bad on younger girls. I mean shit, I’ll notice (No, I’m not perving) girls who are probably 12 dressed with shorts that only cover up 15% of the legs. I fucking hate that. Makes the girl look like a 12 year old hoe. Nothing you can really do about it though. Maybe if these parents had some wardrobe from back in the 60’s they can slap on these girls, that’d be nice. I’m tired of all the jailbait walking the streets. They are just attracting trouble.
How about a colored crystal embedded in girls’ palms to indicate legality-to-bangitude?
